party tonight!
party tonight! so i’m excited but i’m worried. after i blacked out by 11:30 on new years i decided to take it easy for awhile, but already back at school i’m excited to drink tonight. i just don’t know how i’m going to go about it. i want to get drunk with all of my friends, but i know how many extra calories it is. i could always have the far out hope of throwing up, but that would mean i drank wayyy to much. oh well. i’ll have a healthy dinner and see how it goes =)
Oh Lordy LOL. I dont miss those days! LOL. Please dont black out buddy! Eat some bread, maybe a sandwhich before your party and PLEASE stop drinking before you get to the point of a black out!!!

I hate to be totally blunt with you but alcohol is loaded with calories (sugar calories so they absord quickly and wreak havoc on your fat loss plans!). Not to mention, any kind of drinking that gets you “drunk” (yes, there are people who drink without trying to get drunk) is basically poisoning your body. The drunk state is caused by your body not being able to get rid of the alcohol fast enough- it wants to get rid of it because it’s toxic. Sorry to rant. I remember my 18 yr old days as well and feel more aware of how precious my life is and how blessed we are. It’s hard to see when you are young, energetic, responsibility free but youth is a gift.
